Shepherd's Home Hardware Contest Rules:

Contest Eligibility and Close Date :The contest is open only to residents of Armstrong and surrounding area, who have reached the age of majority. This contest excludes all employees (current and retired) of Shepherds Home Hardware Ltd. ("Shepherd's") and their immediate families, as well as Shepherd's Charge Account holders (See 'Purchase Eligibility' Below). To be eligible, you must have Shepherd's Home Hardware on your 'Like' list on Facebook by May 31, 2012 at midnight ("Contest Closing Date").

Prizes: There is one prize available to be won, consisting of a $50.00 Shepherd's Home Hardware Gift Card. Winner will be required to pick up the prize from Shepherd's Home Hardware.

Entry Selection:  The winner will be chosen by computer using a program which will pick a random name from all those following Shepherd's Home Hardware on Facebook as of the morning of June 1, 2012.

Prizes may not be exactly as shown in contest publicity or promotional materials. All incidental costs and expenses not specifically referred to shall be the responsibility of winner.

Contacting Eligible Winners: Shepherd's will post the winner on Facebook, within 7 business days following the draw. The winner must reply to the POST within3 days to be declared the winner. If the winner does not reply to the post within 3 days, another possible winner will be drawn, and Shepherd's shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility of any nature and kind to any previously selected entrant in this regard.

Prize Substitution: Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable, have no cash surrender value and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions. Shepherd's reserve the rights, at their sole discretion, to substitute the prize(s) awarded with prize(s) of equivalent or greater value for any reason.

General Conditions: Successful entrants will be instructed how to claim their prize. The decisions of Shepherd's is final.

Publicity: By entering the contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules and the decision Shepherd's, and consents to the use of their name, city of residence, likeness, photograph, image and voice without payment or compensation, in any publicity or advertising in any medium carried out by Shepherd's. All entries become the property of Shepherd's and will not be returned.

Termination: Shepherd's reserve the right, to cancel, modify, terminate or suspend this contest in whole or in part if for any reason the
contest is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to, technical failure, or computer virus, tampering, fraud, or corruption of security or proper administration of the contest without prior notice. In such event, a winner may be selected by randomly drawing from among all valid entries received up to such time of cancellation, termination or suspension. The right is reserved to terminate, modify or withdraw this contest at any time without prior notice with approval from the store owners.

Hold Harmless: In particular, Shepherd's will not be responsible if for any reason the prize winner is not satisfied with his/her prize. This Contest will be run in accordance with these Rules, subject to amendment by Shepherd's Home Hardware Ltd.

Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programme, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified.

Shepherd's Home Hardware Ltd. shall not be responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this contest, including but not limited to, errors in advertising, the official rules, the announcement of winner, distribution of the prize or any technical malfunctions.
